Amtala Nagarik Adhikar Raksha Samity (ANARS) is fighting against Islamic appeasement and various Corruption and Terrorism tantamount to the Indian civil society.
In the very recent case on Banning cow slaughter it has got a first hand success in Hon'ble Calcutta High Court (Case No. W.P. 1378 of 2010). But the Administration and the Police authority remains standstill to implement it in the spirit of the Judgement delivered by the Calcutta High Court.
ANARS is now contemplating to go to the Calcutta High Court to file another case against State Government of West Bengal and the Imam of Tipu Sultan Masjid for violating the court order and giving obnoxious statement about it by the infamous Imam.
Not only that ANARS is going to the appropriate Court of Law to challenge the violation of Noise Pollution Act by use of illegal microphones from the Mosques all over West Bengal . It is a simple violation of the different High Courts and Supreme Court Judgments delivered earlier

ANARS is appealing generous donations in any kind from the kindhearted people in this connection to restore the dignities of Judiciary in India.
